I can't take this anymore. I think I'm going to go back to my old habits. My ex raided my house and threw away any items which he found threatening to me. Just because I promised him I wouldn't do it ever again, doesn't mean I wouldn't break that promise. The temptation is creeping back slowly. Not having done it for almost a year.. is so damn torturing.

I don't care about what anybody says right now. If they don't see it, they won't know I've done it.
